A visit to my office is a healing experience. Hopefully, our interaction will lead my patients to enhance their lifestyle with healthy choices.
I like spending a lot of time with people in my office. Besides patiently listening to someone’s concerns, I enjoy teaching about being healthy and the nature of illness. I want people to know how to pursue total well-being and how to prevent medical problems.
The goal is to live a healthy life.

Origin of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is a response to a chronic insult to the system. Somebody can have a known problem, such as chronic pain from arthritis or something else, depression, an infection like Lyme Disease, or even an unrecognized disorder, such as constipation. Any chronic problem can lead to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
Almost any protracted illness, including physical or psychological problems and the ongoing stresses of life, can be triggers for the development of “burn-out.” Thus, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome can and often does arise from other medical problems which may precede it by months or years.
Our bodies are the sum of all the patterns that define us. These patterns come from our genetics, our lifestyles and habits, and our attitudes. We continually encounter new patterns that will affect our nature by altering our current patterns.
Chronic illness or disability or even minor malfunction alters the body chemistry and physiology, which are patterns in the body. These patterns lead to imbalances in the body. This alteration may mandate a response, depending on the general health of the person. One response could be Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
